Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order was delivered. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

To return an item, please send us an email at info.peurrsoap@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the items you would like to return. We will issue you a return label.  You may also contact us at (818) 240-1917 to speak with a team member.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund after 30 days from delivery date.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact PËURR® Soap within 48 hours at info.peurrsoap@gmail.com and please provide photos of damage, and we will expedite a replacement order for you.
