Will this leave my skin feeling greasy or oily?

Not at all. Unlike mass-produced lotions that use water and wax to create a "fake" barrier, our butter is made of pure Raw Shea and Sweet Almond Oil. These oils mimic your skin's natural sebum, allowing them to absorb deeply into the dermis rather than sitting on top. You get a matte, velvety finish - not a greasy shine.

Why is there no water in your Body Butter formula?

Most lotions are 70–80% water. Water requires chemical preservatives and emulsifiers to stay shelf-stable. By removing the water, we’ve created a 100% active concentrate. You only need a pea-sized amount to cover a large area, meaning one jar of PËURR® outlasts three bottles of standard lotion.

Can I use this on my face or just my body?

While designed for deep body hydration, our minimalist formula is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores). Many of our customers use it as a nightly intensive face treatment or for healing dry hands and elbows. It is pure enough for the most sensitive areas of your skin.

How do I store my Body Butter?

Because we refuse to use synthetic stabilizers, our butter is sensitive to temperature. Keep it in a cool, dry place. If it softens in the summer heat, simply pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes to restore its creamy, whipped texture without losing any of its nutrient potency.
